Cancellation Policy
Please note, Tryst Limousines
cancellation policy is in place to protect all customers and Tryst
Limousine which will in turn provide the best service possible for
your event. If you have any questions about this policy, please

Reservations - Tryst Limousine
requires a twenty four (24) hour notice prior to scheduled pickup
and drop off time(s) in order to waive our minimum charge for
corporate or airport transfers.

Cancellations - A fourteen
(14) day notice of cancellation is required for all other scheduled,
hourly reservations. A full rate minimum charge will be applied
for late cancellations. No-shows or cancellations on day of
scheduled reservation shall result in a charge of the total
amount of the scheduled reservation, including chauffeur’s
anticipated gratuity. Please inquire with any questions you
may have at the time of reservation. Thank your for your consideration.
- Overtime Rates - Overtime rates for Tryst
Limousine include a gracious 15 minutes for rentals of 2 hours
or more. After the 16th minute, a half-hour rate will be charged
as well as a gratuity. This applies to services not already reserved
before the event begins.

Discounts - Please note:
special hourly discounts can be acquired either at the time
of reservation or the night of the event, providing an event
does not run into another reservation with Tryst Limousine that
it has a contract with another party. It is always a good idea
to plan appropriately at the time of reservation if possible.

In order to abide by local and state laws,
drugs are forbidden in a Tryst Limousine.
In order to keep our fleet in its best condition,
and in respect for the passengers after your reservation, it is Tryst
Limousine's policy to not allow smoking inside the vehicle at any
time.
The cancellation policy will be in affect for
any party under the age of 21 caught drinking or in possession of
alcohol. In addition to losing the full fare for the reservation,
the parent or guardian responsible for booking the event will be notified
as well. If a parent or legal guardian cannot be reached, the local
authorities will be notified.
The Limousine Chauffeur will check identification
upon arrival of the limousine and all packages will be subject to
check before any passengers board the limousine. Random searches on
an as-needed basis during the reservation may occur to make sure this
policy is being adhered to. Any minor witnessed to be intoxicated
during the nights event will be dealt with on a one-on-one basis.
Alcohol use by minors is not condoned under
any circumstances and will not be allowed, nor tolerated.
It is the belief of Tryst Limousine that this
policy be in effect for safety and for legal reasons.
Tryst Limousine feels strongly that we have
adopted a policy that protects our passengers, their parents, as well
as us. Please do not ask us to make exceptions to these rules - we
do not want to compromise your safety, or ours.
Damage to Vehicle or Contents
If it is believed that a passenger deliberately or accidentally
destroys, mars, steals, damages, or disregards any item, including
the limousine itself, the passenger(s) responsible will be held responsible
for the replacement, repair, or renewal of said property. This infraction
may also result in a loss of the remaining fare for the event scheduled.
This policy also applies to any bodily fluid getting on or in the vehicle before, during, or after an event. Clean up charges will apply based on our bio-hazard cleaning policy.
This policy is in effect to protect Tryst Limousine,
partners, and future customers.
